What to expect?
This is a venue to read stories about the people behind the call center industry.
We have tips, advice and some techniques you can refer to while on the job. We will talk about your frustrations, achievements, rants and raves about being a call center agent. If you are part of training or quality assurance, perhaps even recruitment and finance, we have something for you to read.
If you are either a call center veteran or just starting to know about this huge industry, this website is for you. The stories and experiences that I've gone through plus other people's views will give you a sense of what it is like working and living the lifestyle in the call center industry.
My drive and motivation to share my knowledge and experiences have stemmed from numerous requests to start an informational website on call centers, specifically about the people behind it and NOT the companies. Here is a short list that I plan to include for your reading pleasure:
- Articles (with permission) will be republished to help you know more about the industry that can include day to day operations, training, and quality assurance. They could be original views from different people in the industry giving their two cents.
- Lifestyle of the agents, supervisors and management.
- Places to go to during your breaks or day off.
- Adjusting and coping up with the stress, environment and fast pace in a global community.
- Events and groups related to the industry.
- And lots more...
To access my archive of over 200+ articles, you can visit Call Center Script.
If you would like to publish a story or article, share an event or your views, and suggest a topic, you can send it to callcenterph [at] gmail [dot] com.
To all the hardworking and driven individuals out there in the field...this website is dedicated to all of you! ![]()
