Jam Mayer-Flores joined the industry during its infancy stage in the Philippines. She started her career as an agent in the outbound arena and moved to inbound transactions. From monitoring calls to training a class, she moved up the corporate ladder focusing on quality assurance, training, process improvement and performance management.
Due to her passion for writing, she started this blog in 2005 and was fortunate enough to have been invited to write for Call Center Script, a blog within Know More Media's business blog network. Over 200+ articles were written with an estimated 280 readers subscribed.
Apart from writing and spending several hours at work, she lives with Mon Flores, a loving and supportive husband alongside with a cute cat named Bluey.
Currently, she is in the process of writing her first book about the industry and hopefully be published by next year. She has also ventured into entrepreneurship, as founder of ProFora Media Inc. and managing partner of Praebeo Resources.
